About Internal SIH

Everything you need to know before you register.

What is Internal SIH?

The GCETTS Internal Smart India Hackathon is the college's selection round for the national Smart India Hackathon. Teams pick a problem statement, build a solution, and pitch it to a faculty panel — the strongest teams go on to represent GCETTS nationally.

Who can participate?

Any GCETTS student can take part. You'll form or join a team of exactly six members before you're eligible to submit an idea — the portal's Find Group feature exists specifically for students without a ready-made team.

How it's run

Registration and profile setup, team formation, idea submission, and evaluation all happen through this portal, on a timeline set by the organizing committee and shown on the homepage countdown.

What you're working toward

Selected teams move forward to represent GCETTS at the national Smart India Hackathon — a nationwide initiative to provide students a platform to solve pressing real-world problems.
